Automatic Slims

Automatic Slim's, where the beautiful people come to get ugly, is something a little different for South Beach. But then again, Slim's is the brainchild of a dream team of operators that wanted to bring something new and exciting to the South Beach scene. Automatic Slim's was an "Automatic" success and after one year of opening spawned a second franchise location in Fort Lauderdale's River Walk. The design, by Andy Kostas, was heavily inspired by the googie style that defined bowling alley architecture and signage of the 1950's. The bars décor, the food, and the "fun at all costs" attitude has had people standing up and taking notice since the opening night.
